Join us for another exciting round of "Inside the Barrel" brought to you by yours truly and our neighbors, Dineen Vineyards and VanArnam Vineyards. We are offering two sessions to check out everything there is to know about barrels-

• Why do winemakers use barrels and where do they come from?

• What is toast? The sensory characteristics barrels impart in wine

• How do winemakers care for barrels & use them to craft the perfect blend

• And of course, actual barrel tasting will be involved as well as wine in bottle to compare and learn (min 3 wines per winery)

$85/person for the entire experience. Limited to 25 people per session. If this one is sold out, try Sunday (it’s a little cheaper too!).
